Common questions

India Standard Time is fixed at UTC+5:30 year-round: 4.5 hours ahead of Central European Time in winter and 3.5 hours ahead in European summer time. We agree core collaboration hours per engagement so standups, reviews and handovers land in both teams' working day. Where required, we can also run a team fully aligned to your local working hours.
