India engineering capacity for Australian teams, with a workable overlap

For Australian scale-ups, mid-market and regulated companies that want a partner-led India team and clear answers on privacy and third-party risk.

Three ways we work with you

Build in India. Enter India. Partner in India.

What we do is the same in every market. The time zones, regulations and questions your risk team asks are not — that's the rest of this page.

Time zones

IST (UTC+5:30, no daylight saving) is 4.5 hours behind Sydney and Melbourne in winter (AEST) and 5.5 hours behind in summer (AEDT); against Perth it is 2.5 hours behind. Australian afternoons overlap Indian mornings, and we agree core hours per engagement.

What Australian buyers ask

Privacy Act and overseas disclosure

The Australian Privacy Principles include obligations when personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, which India would be.

APRA-regulated entities

Banks, insurers and superannuation funds face APRA's prudential standards on operational risk (CPS 230) and information security (CPS 234), including how service providers are managed.

Third-party risk and security reviews

Larger customers expect a vendor review. We don't hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 today and will work through your questionnaire directly.

This page summarises the questions buyers in this market commonly raise. It is not legal advice; requirements depend on your sector and change over time, so confirm them with your own counsel.
