Before founding Bhuvi, Sandeep held leadership roles at Oracle, Schneider Electric, and Thoughtworks. His experience includes managing multi-country offshore delivery, Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations, and distributed software development teams.
As Partner at Bhuvi Venture Labs, Sandeep works with startups, enterprises and financial institutions across business, product and technology advisory; digital transformation and platform modernization; custom technology projects and AI, data and automation initiatives; and the talent, offshore team and Global Capability Centre work that turns a roadmap into a running organization. Beyond client engagements, Sandeep also builds and backs technology ventures directly as founder and investor.
