I want a team of my own

Your own team in India, without your own India company

A standing team that works only for you — hired to your bar, run to your culture, with recruitment, employment, infrastructure and local management handled by us. Your India office, without you incorporating one.

Who it's for

  • +Companies that want a permanent India team rather than bought capacity, but aren't ready to set up an entity and hire a country head
  • +Companies whose India team needs its own local management layer, not just engineers reporting into a European lead
  • +Companies that expect the team to grow, and want the path to a full centre or to owning it outright kept open

When it's the wrong choice

What you get

Captive Team

  • +A team that works exclusively for you — never shared with another client, and never with our own ventures
  • +Recruitment to your hiring bar, with you in the loop on senior hires
  • +Employment, payroll, statutory compliance, equipment and workspace handled by us
  • +A local management layer: someone on the ground accountable for the team day to day, not only a European reporting line
  • +Your roadmap, your tooling, your ways of working — we run the operation, you set the direction
  • +An agreed route to growing into a centre, transferring the team to you, or winding it down

Timeline

The first hires follow the same path as an extended team, typically 4–10 weeks from finalising scope. A team with its own local management layer usually takes three to six months to stand up properly, depending on seniority.

FAQ

Common questions

An extended team is capacity you direct, sized to a workload, and sensible to scale up and down. A captive team is a standing part of your organisation that happens to be employed by us: hired to your bar, with its own local management, expected to persist and grow. The contract and the economics are similar; the intent is not.
