For companies in the United Kingdom · Build in India. Enter India. Scale Globally.

An India capability that answers to UK data rules and UK operational resilience

For UK scale-ups, mid-market companies and regulated firms building engineering capability in India — with the UK GDPR, outsourcing and operational-resilience questions handled upfront rather than discovered at procurement.

Why now

Why the India conversation is live in the UK

The best daily overlap of any English-speaking market

At 4.5–5.5 hours, the UK sits closer to IST than the US or Latin America. A genuinely shared working day is possible without asking anyone to work nights.

English throughout

India's technology industry runs in English, so there is no language overhead on reviews, documentation or customer-facing work.

India as a market, not only a supply base

UK products in fintech, SaaS and enterprise software often have a credible Indian buyer. Long-standing commercial ties make it an easier second market than most.

Three ways we work with you

Build in India. Enter India. Partner in India.

What we do is the same in every market. The time zones, regulations and questions your risk team asks are not — that's the rest of this page.

Time zones

IST (UTC+5:30, no daylight saving) is 5.5 hours ahead of the UK in winter and 4.5 hours ahead during British Summer Time. A UK morning stand-up lands in the Indian afternoon and a UK afternoon in the Indian evening, so there is real live overlap every day. We agree core hours per engagement, including running a team aligned to UK working hours where that is what you need.

What UK buyers ask

UK GDPR and transfers to India

Personal data moving from the UK to India needs a lawful transfer mechanism — typically the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — usually alongside a transfer risk assessment.

Operational resilience for financial firms

FCA- and PRA-regulated firms are expected to manage outsourcing and third-party risk, identify important business services and demonstrate resilience, which shapes the contractual terms, audit rights and exit plans an India arrangement needs.

Procurement and contracting entity

UK procurement teams ask which entity they are contracting with and under which law. We contract through our India LLP under Indian law and say so early; we don't have a UK entity today.

Engineering supply and cost

Senior engineering, AI and data hiring in the UK is slow and expensive relative to the roadmap most companies are carrying. That gap, rather than headline rates, is usually what starts the conversation.
